Therapy & Support Groups

"Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion."

After the Storm Group

This group provides a space of shared experience for women and femmes who are transitioning out of a long-term marriage or relationship that was unfulfilling, limiting, or wounding. It can be daunting to recover, and move on, from a relationship where parts of you were unseen, unheard, and unsafe. In this group we will practice honoring the pain as a way of releasing its hold on us. We will process the difficult relational dynamics we experienced and explore the limiting narratives we have believed about ourselves. We will work to find and use our voices in a supportive setting with other women who can relate and offer encouragement.

The After the Storm group is currently full. A new section will begin in Fall 2025.

Step Parent Support Group

This group provides a supportive space for those in step parenting roles to gather for support and to process worries, struggles, and hopes. â€‹It can be incredibly fulfilling and deeply complicated to assume the role of step or "bonus" parent. It is easy to become overwhelmed and insecure with so many expectations, wounds, and nuanced relationship dynamics to navigate, and the lack of access to peers only increases isolation. Using her years as a child and family therapist, Jessi will provide both support and practical tips to empower participants to create the step/bonus parenting relationship that will work best for their family system.

Space is available in this group!

This group is open to all genders and meets virtually the 1st and 3rd Mondays from 8:45-10:15am. The group is ongoing and has a minimum 10 session commitment. Each group is $65

Antidote Healing Group

This group is a small, intimate space for women and femmes to deepen their healing journey from relationships with narcissistic dynamics. A relationship with someone who has narcissistic traits results in a uniquely intense and wounding experience, often with a legacy of pain and mistrust that permeates a person's very spirit. The insidious nature of gaslighting leaves us questioning our memories and selves, while feeling increasingly confused and disempowered.

These relationships, whether with a parent, current or former spouse, or other family member, release a steady stream of poison into the individual and family system. This healing collective seeks to be an antidote from the poison left by the narcissistic relationships and includes learning about the impact of narcissistic dynamics, processing the wounds and self-betrayal, reconnecting with our truest selves, and practicing communication and boundary setting.
