This therapy group provides a space of shared experience for women, femmes, and gender expansive folx who find themselves at a crossroads or entering a new, unanticipated chapter of their lives. This may be the ending of a marriage, the loss of a parent, launching of children, changing of a career, unexpected caregiver status, etc.

This group is for those who have had to say goodbye to the life they thought they would have or who wonder "what now?". This group will honor and process the grief associated with the ending of one thing while weaving in encouragement, empowerment, and agency for what comes next. 

The Next Act group will begin in January 2027, and it will meet in-person once a month on Sunday afternoons. Each group is $130 for the 2.5 hour group. A pre-group screening is required for all prospective group members. ​​​​​

Unmothered Mothers Group

 This therapy group provides a compassionate space for mothers who are parenting without the foundation of being well-mothered themselves. So often these mothers are exhausted, isolated, and pouring from an empty cup. This group will offer a healing space of shared experience for these cycle breaking mothers who so often feel alone, unsure of themselves, and grieving the lack of villaging and maternal care we all deserve. We will listen, support, learn, encourage, and grow together.

This group is open to mothers of all ages parenting children 0-25.

The Unmothered Mothers group will begin in January 2027, and it will meet virtually bi-weekly on Wednesdays from 12-1pm. Each group is $75. A pre-group screening is required for all prospective group members. ​

All groups are facilitated by Jessi Heneghan and require a pre-group screening to assess for goodness of fit. Pre-group screenings are $150, 50 minutes, and can be done in-person or virtually. All groups are explicitly LGBTQ++ and CNM affirming, anti-racist, and trauma-informed.
